If you are over 16 and would either like to learn some new moves, or have a safe environment where you can practice ones you have already learnt, these classes will keep you on your toes, changing the tempo of your normal workout to something with a twist. We work with all abilities to help make keeping active fun. We help you learn what maybe your children do in their training sessions or help you towards your goals. A very informal atmosphere you are very welcome to join our qualified coaches for some fun, fitness, flexibility and friendship (and probably a bit of a laugh too).
