These gymnasts have been identified as having the potential to make it into one of our competitive squads in the future. These are additional training sessions, therefore, to enable the gymnast to be selected into this squad they must also participate in one of Saturday classes. Mini tumbling will regularly focus on harder skills such as flicks, front somersaults and roundoffs. Gymnasts will really start to develop good core strength and flexibility and will be practising skills needed for when they compete.
